THE COMPANY 

Carole Sanek loves to ride roller coasters and says loving coasters has been the best training in life to face the ups and downs of any career, especially one in real estate.  Carole states that if she could have any other career she would want to be Indiana Jones because she loves the thrills and adventure those movies provide which she likens to the adventure of working with buyers and sellers to help them reach their goals of buying or selling a home.  She says that is the thrill of that ride and the excitement on her client’s faces that mean the most.

Carole began her journey in real estate in the panhandle of Florida 16 years ago and has vast experience on listing and selling many different types of properties. 

Carole has been a caretaker of people’s needs since she received her RN degree in Ohio.  Since then she has worn many hats in the medical field including being a telephone volunteer for a national breast cancer foundation.  She, herself is a long-term breast cancer thriver as she prefers to be called.

As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Carole also holds a certificate of completion from the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, and has been awarded certificates of commendation for Outstanding Sales Performance from New Homes Realty where she worked for the three years prior to joining Castle Dream Real Estate LLC where she is a Licensed Florida Realtor and Director of Marketing.

Carole is also certified as a Home Stager and ReDesign expert having received her training in Chicago, IL.  She will tell you a staged home is a home that will sell.

Lawrence (Larry) Sanek is the Broker/Owner of Castle Dream Real Estate, LLC and has a goal in life to make someone laugh every day. The minute you meet Larry he will put you at ease in your real estate experience.  Larry’s expertise in understanding the real estate market is what a buyer and/or seller is looking for and he does it 99% of the time with a smile on his face.

Larry graduated from Purdue with a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree and worked in high rise construction for many years.  He has designed homes and enjoys making a home floor plan efficient and very usable with the least amount of wasted space possible.

Larry has been awarded Outstanding Sales Performance for Customer Service with New Homes Realty, where he sold new construction for 3 years prior to owning his own real estate company.  As a member of the National Association of Realtors, he holds a certificate from Florida Housing Finance Corporation, is a HUD approved Broker, has a membership in My-Florida Regional one of the largest MLS reporting agencies in Florida, and he has only one set of initials after his name – TRC.   The Transnational Referral Certification was awarded by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA) so he could interact with international buyers and sellers and assist them in their real estate transaction.

Larry’s biggest, and perhaps proudest, accomplishment was writing a book about food and wine matching titled “Which Food?? Which Wine??” which won him an award in Angers, France from Gourmand International.  Larry admits he loves to eat his wife’s good cooking and pair that cooking with a good wine.

Larry is an accomplished and dedicated Realtor, his best skill is in negotiating the deal, he is tenacious, he won’t back down, he will not only put the keys in your hand, he will make you laugh along the way.
